🔄 Returns & Exchanges

  • You may return or exchange most items within 14 days of delivery.

  • Items must be unused, in original condition, and with all original tags/packaging.

  • Custom or made-to-order pieces are non-returnable, unless damaged or defective.

🚚 Return Shipping

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping method for safe return delivery.

📸 Damaged or Defective Items

  • If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours with clear photos and a description.

  • We’ll make it right with a replacement, refund, or store credit.

💳 Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method within 1–2 business days.

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable.
